Ofcom have a series of standards, best practice and strict regulation called “General Conditions of Entitlement” that all telecoms companies comply with. We believe that we exceed the minimum standards pertained by any legal regulations. Please see below Ofcom General Conditions of Entitlement that we adhere by:

• Ofcom General Conditions of Entitlement – C7 Prestige – GC C7 regulates how communications providers are able to market and sell fixed-line telecommunications services to customers
• Ofcom General Conditions of Entitlement – C8 Prestige – GC8 regulates how communications providers are able to market and sell mobile telephony services to customers.
